About

I was sayhitomaggie on Tumblr, once upon a time. You may certainly still say hi to me. In fact, I'd appreciate it. You may call me most anything you like (well, within reason). My first name is Margaret and I enjoy nicknames. If you'd like to know more, or even if you wouldn't, talk to me...I'm pretty friendly. :]

Margaret, Sarah.. any other of my followers.

forgethandstands:

Little Women. never read it, but if its as good as the play, then i want to. There was something about the author on the radio today.

Checked wiki. today was the authors birthday. “Louisa May Alcott (November 29, 1832 – March 6, 1888) was an American novelist. She is best known for the novel Little Women, set in the Alcott family home, Orchard House in Concord, Massachusetts and published in 1868. This novel is loosely based on her childhood experiences with her three sisters.”

Agreed. I read this ages ago and it was really good. I also read March, which was from the dad’s point of view, and that was cool.

I love Khaled Hosseini’s books…The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns.

Wow, Zach, we’re coming up with everything but fantasy here. Um, Ella Enchanted was written for kids but I have read it like twice a year since I was six or something. xD Eva Ibbotson wrote some good stuff too, but also aimed at younger kids. Do I just not read fantasy anymore?

Okay new idea.

Everybody who loves me needs to get “Christ-opher” or just “Chris” tattooed somewhere on themselves. Preferably somewhere sexy. If you love me you will do it.

Sounds like something I’d do while… not in the right state of mind. 20 bucks says it’ll happen before I graduate.

Oh my god, you would. xD (On our previously-discussed Maine visit… -cough choke hack gag-)

'night everyone.

No school for Mags tomorrow, so I’ll see those of you who I normally see on Tuesday.

Sleep well, when you do. :]

Zach:

I can’t think of any good fantasy at this very moment other than what you already mentioned, but yesterday at dinner we were talking about how amazing The Book Thief is. I think the author’s name is Markus Zusak. I definitely definitely recommend it.

Chris:

That’s what I said. xD I know next to nothing about programming, but it’s pretty easy to get the general idea and it’s obvious why it’s funny.

Hahahahaha. That kid’s got brains

I love Foxtrot, because even when the programming stuff is way over my head (almost always), I can still tell what it means and why it’s funny. And then the rest of the time it’s either math jokes, nerd humor, or just amusing.
